Pretty much the same for me. The only way this would be OK is if they released it in 3 parts and the price of all the episodes COMBINED is equal/not a lot more than prices of standard games. I mean, I'll probably still buy it (if I get a PS4 that is... or it comes out on Steam), but if it doesn't meet the price condition at the very least I'll just wait for a discount or some crap.
Action Battles, honestly I'm fine with ARPGs or games with action based combat (Monster Hunter does this magnificently, Crisis Core did it well from what I remember. KH turns into a button masher, but still enjoyable (out of the 3 I'd prefer MH+CC mix)), but I'm gonna miss the turn based battles. It adds a layer of strategy that sometimes isn't possible with ARPGs (everything has to be dumbed down because you have to focus on you moving, inputs, party and their conditions, enemy placement HP and their conditions, attacking, selecting anything other than the goddamn attack (I'm looking at you KH), weaknesses, deaths and other such things).
I also don't know how they're gonna pull off magic with this kind of system. Selecting magic in KH was a pain for me, so I usually stuck with the 3 that you could use quickly (Which were Cure, Aero and [insert other spell here], not a lot of strategy tbh), but in this game weaker magic doesn't simply "upgrade" the weaker magic, the spells stay (Tbh I'd be fine with them removing the useless spells too), many more summons, ENEMY SKILL MATERIA ITSELF (It's a Blue mage in one materia), materia that doesn't just simply give you a stronger fire spell, but instead gives you a completely new spell (Elemental materia, any of the status curing materias/defensive materias). 3/4 spells ain't gonna cut it. Unless they decide to do something like Crisis Core (which was genious, why don't you use L/R to swap magic in KH Square?? On the PS2 at least, you had 2 pairs of those things!!) this is gonna be either really finnicky and clunky, or dumbed down to a button masher.
