Undertale

So. Um. Undertale.
It's an RPG game that released on Steam a few weeks ago. Its main selling point is that you can choose to spare the enemies you fight instead of killing them. It also has a nice soundtrack, and is really funny a lot of the time.
I don't want to say much more about the story because it's best experienced without spoilers. But here is a trailer if you want to see it.
I am not good at describing things.

Just finished my first playthrough yesterday. Fantastic game. Currently working on obtaining the Pacifist ending.
As a side note, I am disappointed that I didn't realize earlier that in order to obtain the Genocide ending, you have to kill EVERY enemy in the game, not just the enemies you run across. This locked me out of the boss battle from Sans, which I was eagerly anticipating.

Just finished my 2nd run. The music in this game is astounding, which I think is a pattern I see in the indie games that I find most memorable.
My first run was neutral, but my 2nd was pacifist. It's amazing how much stuff you can miss to get either a true Pacifist ending or the Genocide ending. Speaking of which, I don't think I'll be doing. I don't have it in me to ruin the nice ending I worked for
There's also a bunch of cool secrets that I think are easily miss-able. So I'd recommend to look stuff up after you decide you've had enough runs. Or try looking for everything yourself, but that's pretty hard considering the actions you have to take sometimes to get secrets...

I love the music here too.
I'll get around to playing it sometime later in the future, but right now I'm just listening to the awesome music

If assume if it weren't for the ADHD class skipping obnoxious tumblrites parading the fact they play this game and how they want undertale things everywhere at my college I'd actually like it a lot more.
But hey any game with characters like Papyrus and Sans are by default 8/10 in my book. Hate Alphys with a passion though.
