Well, I will try my hardest to help you out, but I'll be truthful: This isn't the place to ask for help.
Here are some things you can try.
1: Talk to your friends. Maybe they can help you.
2: Talk to your counselers or teachers or whatever. Maybe they can see to it that the food you get is healthier.
3: Whenever you begin to eat something, ask yourself if it's really worth it. I know it's hard to give up food you love (especially when it's right there). Your best option is to just pretend it isn't there.
4: STRAP YOURSELF TO A BED!!!!!
