- "THE END" is forbidden.
- simple past tense plz.
- no back-to-back posting. That means TWO different people must post after your post before you are allowed to post again.

But suddenly, as Mario ran towards the castle with fists flying and moustache flaring, the screen flashed blacked and closed in; it was a random encounter!
Wild RATTATA appeared!

Having barely escaped from their last fearsome encounter, Mario and the gang, weary and hungry, carried on in their lofty, unforgiving quest.
Then, suddenly, a skinny, slightly funny-smelling man appeared out of nowhere, and, with a menacing grin, slowly started approaching Mario, net in hand, sending chills straight to the heart.

Mario plucked the eerie notice from the door, and upon examining it closely, realized that it displayed a picture of a lobster-headed spaceman, uttering the phrase, "IT'S A TRAP!"
Just as Mario finished reading this ghastly note, a malevolent behemoth dropped down from the sky, blocking the entrance of the castle with its eight pointy, crustaceous legs and its two massive, sinister claws.
It was a GIANT ENEMY CRAB!
