My cousin showed up again today, and I went to his house with my laptop to play Brawl in his big TV. Get through Brawl as much as possible.
We hit Target Smash! and unlocked Lucario. That's something. :3
Then we went through SSE all the way to... eh... forgot. That part where Mario's team was following Dedede's cart. Or something.
I come back home, and my mom tells me that my dad was kind of upset because I was playing with my cousin, and apparently, "I play too much videogames".
That's crap. I just tried to spend time with a cousin I rarely see. And it's not like I'm always playing when I'm on the computer. When I'm home, I rarely play. I play more in college, but mostly with other people. It's kind of a way to socialize for me, I guess. And it's not like that's all I do.
I don't think my dad should get to whine about that kind of stuff when he doesn't even know what I do. And, if he has a problem with that, he should talk to me, not my mom.
And now I sure as hell have to study more, I need to get excellent (not just good) score in Calculus II and Linear Algebra to pass. And I will do it. My parents can say whatever they want to make me feel better, but I'm sure that deep down they think that I won't be able to make it. They think I'll fail. They don't trust in my skill. They think I'm irresponsible.
Well... I'm gonna show'em. I'm gonna show'em what this irresponsible klutz can do. I'll pass this semester, and I'll graduate from this career in 6 years, no more. Never fail. They'll see...
...so yeah. I might whine and rant about random stuff in this thread more often. It's good stress release. Maybe not as much as I'd like it to, but whatever...
