1. Best Moderator: Doram - THE HERO THAT RUNOUW DESERVES no but really you've done so much stuff in the past few months thank you so much holy ♥♥♥♥

2. Best of the Other Staff: Oranjui Brando - That one srs discussion thread mostly, and also you do other stuff occasionally and you were really on top of things during a certain few situations earlier this year. Also you've had some really valuable insight in the past which is great and I respect that in you

3. Best Normal Member: Lordpat - how the ♥♥♥♥ has this guy not been nominated already. (unless im blind) Just all-around awesome person and reliable/supportive friend and really interesting to talk to.

4. Best New Member: Bowser07 - Successfully managed to somehow stick with the community. No but really in all seriousness he's a cool guy and I didn't even realize that he was a new member at first because it feels like he's been here and integrated with the community for so long.

5. Best Level Designer: - See #14

6. Best Artist: Vesoralla - For one thing you're ♥♥♥♥ amazing at drawing and I love your stuff so there's no way for me not to nominate you. You definitely deserve a shot at this

7. Biggest Fanboy: Raz w/ vet science - This is meant in a completely good way because you have a ton of passion about the field and it really shows. People with dreams are the best kind of people <3

8. Best Avatar: Ven - Pretty much every single one of his avatars for the past year or so has been good

9. Best Signature: FF - Gorgeous layout (or at least it was before you DELETED HALF OF IT ;-; ) and really solid sigbars every time you change it

10. Funniest Member: MK - Unsarcastically the highest quality sense of humour on the site.

11. Master of a Hidden Talent: Shad (as in Kimonio) with uhhhh a lot of ♥♥♥♥ - I dunno, he's not around all the time but he seems really knowledgeable about a number of different things and I just find it interesting. Also I really wanted to nominate him for something.

Biggest Accomplishment: Moving to Discord - i feel like this is fairly self-explanatory. ♥♥♥♥ ton of new people joining chat because no security issues and much easier/more accessible interface, we had a ton of ♥♥♥♥ set up really quickly, and we've had probably the most uniques there than on any other chat we've used in the past. Not really sure who to credit for this, I guess Chau for making the server and setting up Bot, dunno if other people were involved in the idea...?

14. Best Level: Weather Reign (Karyete) - Really ♥♥♥♥ good level. idk what else there is to say, I left a review.

Also, as for restrictions on "new members", as a rule of thumb I'd just say that they registered during or after December 2014, or they officially returned from a period of inactivity in 2015 (so this applies to Jumbo [returned in april 2015?], who was relatively new anyway, along with Vesoralla [returned in september 2015], Dr. Ocsid [november? december? 2015], xpo20 [march?], awesomeguy99, and probably others I'm forgetting). They were all active in the past but left for a long while and then returned so I feel like that's good enough to call them new? Also just to clarify, "normal member" and "new member" are by no means mutually exclusive--you can nominate a new member in both categories if you want, it doesn't really matter. But obviously you can't nominate a long-time veteran for the new member category.

I mean, I joined February 13th, 2014, but I was never an active member in the community until the middle of this year, would that make me eligible for the new member award?

Technically speaking, this is only the nominations. People theoretically should just be voting for people who haven't already been nominated. But then again with the system that's in place it's not really possible. Ah well. I guess another reason I'm not doing nominations is it's pretty certain the people I'll choose will have been chosen by someone else.

If you're speaking about the actual votes and not just nominations, you really should vote. I mean, it'd be a bit silly if everyone had the same line of thought as you and no one won because nobody voted. Even then, the Runouw Votes have specific categories, and just because someone doesn't win one of them doesn't mean they're not worthy of praise for what they've done in the past, or who they are as a person. Everyone deserves to win something in my book.

1. Best Moderator: Doram definitely for doing most of the work around the runolympics and working with adding more stuff to the site

2. Best of the Other Staff: This would have to be FF because for a fairly long time he was the only one who was on to approve levels and such on the portal and he's also helped me out with a few things like moving to the LL site and stuff.

3. Best Normal Member: Shroom for creating his amazing guide about LL and helping promote it's amazingness. He also helped me out with a bug in the level I submitted for the LL level contest at the runolympics and has helped me improve other various portal levels.

4. Best New Member: FluorescenceLight because of his great LDing ability and original ideas such as his magic dukebox.

5. Best Level Designer (Creator of worlds): Niicola. Best trigger-work in the entire site and several amazing creations for both LL LDCs and simple portal levels.

6. Best Artist: Without a doubt Vesoralla for his amazing drawings (don't think I didn't notice that just because I never commented on it)

7. Biggest Fanboy: Raz probably with all the SU stuff happening.

8. Best Avatar: I personally liked Karyete's chumpkin one, because reasons.

9. Best Signature: I think amp's sig would be by far the best but that half a ~ that freezes at the end really bugs me, so at the moment it's tied with nan's epic one (bonus points for links)

10. Funniest Member: I think peter is funny when he wants to be with all his puns and stuff.

11. Master of a Hidden Talent: Shroom with his above average singing. better than me anyway FF's not the only one who can sing you know.

12. Most Notable Site Friendship: I think Shroom and Jumbo101's friendship is close enough. They do lots of LDing together.

13. Biggest Accomplishment: The runolympics was probably the biggest accomplishment considering everything that happened with SK at the time.

14. Best Level: The Level. Nothing before it has been as long and hard to beat (The Clovervest games doesn't count. It's 8 levels.) or nearly as creative as this level. Disappearing clouds, pushable boxes, challenging puzzles, this level has it all.

I'm leaving some for later because I can't decide on them.
