Riddles

Postby Blablob » September 28th, 2009, 5:11 pm

Post riddles here. If you answer a riddle than you must quote the riddle THEN answer it. The person who gave the riddle must then say if that person is right or wrong. here's a simple riddle:

What do you never want to happen, yet you can't stop it from happening?

THE CREED: Nothing is True. Everything is Permitted.
"...That's rather cynical."

"It would be if it were doctrine, but it is merely an observation of the nature of reality.
To say that Nothing is True is to realize that the foundations of society are fragile, and that we must be the shephards of our own civilization.
To say that Everything is Permitted is to understand that we are the architects of our actions, and that we must live with the consequences, whether glorious...or tragic."

Wait, so the correct person doesn't make a new riddle?

What is this, a contest or something? The right one should get to make a riddle, in my opinion. :|

Yes, the others are robbers, BUT they are in a hideout, holding the employee from the bank as hostage.

Best guess I could think of.

They are not robbers because it says they are WORKING in a bank. Why would you rob a place you are working at?

Here's a good one (people who saw 21 don't answer)

You are in a gameshow. The way the gameshow works is that there are THREE doors. Behind TWO doors are one dollar. Behind ONE door is a million dollars. (So of course you want the million).

You pick door ONE. The gameshow host then procceds to open door number THREE to reveal a dollar.

Then the host asks you if you would like to to switch to door number two, or stay at door number one, before your door is revealed.

WHAT DOOR SHOULD YOU PICK AND WHY?

Don't pick door two,

It's obviously door One. One is lonely, so it was able to gain 1 million dollars without the worry of Family or Friends. One is truly the richest number in the world.
