Well, it could be like Astro Boy, where there's a city called "Metro City", & it floats in space. Or, use metal & construct it around continents for more land. OOOOOOOR, we make a HUGE dams that blocks off water.

Or it could end up like the movie "water world", where people build large boats/rafts, and sell whatever dirt they find for a hefty price. It'd be pretty awesome, I must say!

Well, after my experience going through Karina, I would bust a hole in my roof, wait for a boat to come, steal it, find a boat that stores food, and live off until the supplies run low. After that, I am just screwed.

Uhh.. I live in Colorado, so the Ice would have to melt pretty far for me to be affected by it. >:)
