This is a bump but it's kinda necessary as i'm having this wonderful feeling again. I don't know for definite but i think i prefer the night than the day- during the day my mind is stressed and worried and i don't always know how to cope, but at night it's just so... relaxing. All your worries disappear and you just live in the moment. Not to mention that music sounds like a calm paradise before i sleep.

Many of you may have noticed i've taken a deep interest in lucid dreaming- well i want to create a new life and escape. My dream life- where imagination is the only boundary. The idea of living in a dream, for me, is something i'd do absolutely anything for. If my dream journal technique pulls off well, this could be my stress reliever and the hope for a new start. Just felt like sharing this emotion. :)

Apologies for the bump, but this is relevant.

I can't believe I've only just discovered what this was- it was ASMR. Apparently the sound of then fan being covered by the duvet triggered it off for me. I noticed because the same thing happened again last night because I was thinking about the noise and that made it so easy to sleep. Lawl took me a while. :S

Since I discovered ASMR about a year ago, I use it every night to sleep and relax. It really is great. :D
