You know, I would so totally quote Blazblue, what with the "Wheel of Fate" and everything, but if the "Wheel of Fate" existed, House of the Dead 3 would be based on true events, even if it hasn't happened, nor will it ever happen.
Half and Half? This is not a subway sandwich you dolt!
Naaaaaawww, see, it's like this.
Imagine you are a miner (lolminor), and you are searching for gold. You can choose to dig to as hard as you want, and as fast as you want, and you might actually find some gold, but if a sudden landslide happens you die, yet, you didn't choose that sort of thing to happen.
"We can choose a path we wish to take, but the world around us decides whether or not to bend that path."- ShouldBeAFamousQuote.
Not even Sherlock Holmes, what with all his mighty deducing skills, can control fate . .__.
THE CREED: Nothing is True. Everything is Permitted.
"...That's rather cynical."
"It would be if it were doctrine, but it is merely an observation of the nature of reality.
To say that Nothing is True is to realize that the foundations of society are fragile, and that we must be the shephards of our own civilization.
To say that Everything is Permitted is to understand that we are the architects of our actions, and that we must live with the consequences, whether glorious...or tragic."
-Ezio Auditore da Firenze explaining the Creed, 1514, Masayaf.
