Two Questions - One Statement

Postby TrappedTime » March 6th, 2010, 8:52 am

ONE-

There is a machine that beeps everytime it detects motion.
If there is a completely flat[NO bumps or valleys like normal paper has] and it's one solid color, when being moved up-down-left-and-right, will the machine beep even though the paper is completely flat?

TWO-

If you are moving at infinity mph, will life appear to stop?
And what would the people[Who are the life] see?

THREE-

I'm starting to see how time could be the fourth dimension.
But you can only go into the future though.
You get out of your time now, move to 5 minutes later dimension then go in.
The people would see you gone for 5 minutes then you reappear.

It would take you five minutes[Not what YOU see but what is ACTUALLY HAPPENING] to get to that 5 minute later dimension, as it would take one second to get to the one second later dimension.

1. Every motion?.......Well, molecules are in that paper. And molecules move, so yes, the machine would beep. :P

2. Hmm.......It's like staring at a car's tire when they are moving forward. The tire will appear to move in the opposite direction. So technically, if we are shooting through time that fast, time will appear to go in reverse.

3. ........I didn't catch that. :?

That's to do with how much we see. The wheel completes a near full circle and we see then, and so every time it spins, it looks like it goes backwards.
