Earth is always rotating slowly.
Chris and other magicians "claim" to be able to "levitate". It fo, then our eyes would see them moving, if they were truly staying in one placing, defying gravity.
But what we see is them staying in one place, concluding that they're rotating WITH the earth, something is keeping them in one spot.
This is very interesting to look at when considering how people "levitate".

Ok.. so when you jump you move backwards right?
Answer: Not unless you push yourself backwards.
And the Earth spins extremely fast, its just so big compared to us, it seems slow.

If he were to be in one place, exactly still, not being pulled by the gravity o anything else, then he would appear to be moving[since we would still be on the spinning earth].
See what I'm saying?
Since this is not the case, something else is keeping them on the earth[still spinning with it].

We cant feel the earth spinning, All we know is that there is a big magnet inside the earths core that pulls us down.

Sonicfan's getting confused. The earth has a very large magnetic force, this affects our atmostphere. Everything has gravity, just as long as it is physical (no Mario does not count).
Sonicfan is taking the knoledge of the earth having a magnetic force, and magnets attracting and putting them together.
