As a former server of a popular restaurant, I could never imagine anyone as bad as this.
Seriously these guys are crazy. There's a petition on change.org for this.
The worst part for me is how bad the managers are to their servers. They work for $ per hour, not tips. That's ♥♥♥♥ awful.

Holy ♥♥♥♥ I'm not the only one who watches that show. The lady was ♥♥♥♥, the guy was a whipped ♥♥♥♥♥, and I'm glad Ramsay basically told them to ♥♥♥♥ off. Our TV screen has never met quite as many expletives as it has in this episode.

To get the cops to investigate and force them to give their tips to the servers.

My mom used to be a server, and so have I, and we worked 3 hours or 5 hours at the least on mondays, wednesdays, fridays, and saturdays, and their hourly wage is 8$ or 14$ an hour.
That'd ♥♥♥♥ be 160$ A WEEK! Bull ♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥

I love how after all the ♥♥♥♥♥ they did about "Internet bullies" whenever anyone had even a remotely bad thing to say about them, the entirety of the whoooole Internet that exists, like, ever, is raining down in a godly ♥♥♥♥ fire on them. When RUNOUW.COM is calling you on your ♥♥♥♥, then you know you've really reached people.

If you mean people being yelled at, I believe it is because people do somewhat enjoy this crazy couple and their anger problems. It is like the Soup Nazi. People wanted to have his soup because the character was so funny.
If you mean the waitress not being paid their tips, I don't know if that is a federal rule. Either way, I am sure there are much more serious issue that the police does not work on, I wouldn't be surprised if they ignored this.
Can't say how it is in the US, but here waitress are paid partly by wage and partly by tips. The reason on what is because even if there are no clients, they must be there in the restourant, and their time has a value. So they should be paid for that. But not giving them tips is absurd, it is like the complete oposite of what it is intended.
