Now sure, the guy has had a couple infringements in the past, but those were for posting entire episodes of something on TV to youtube. People still get in trouble for it now, but SOPA is basically saying "♥♥♥♥ you, we don't like entertainment."

Pretty much sums it up.

What I don't understand is why they are so hell bent on continuing the act. There's a fine difference between live-streaming a video game and taking a video game character as your own... all they are doing is simply showing the product/game, not plagiarizing the work.

Right, I forgot how corrupt our government is. Thanks for reminding me.

I remember one time I said to myself that I oughta get into power somehow and fix it.

*Though there could be some kind of secret to our Government that is resulting in this "corruption." Upon joining, there might be once-unseen restrictions or something...

Isn't there even any SOPA buzz still going around? I've barely seen any news on SOPA 2013, at least from hard-to-miss resources that were booming with the news last year.

I have failed to notice any significant mention of it either. I doubt it is being seriously considered, or will be up for a vote.

Or they could be restricting it from spreading on Media... that's another possibility. Don't underestimate how Congress will do anything to keep themselves rich and luxurious.

I seriously wait for the day when I personally see a man that cannot be under the influence of greed. It's happened in the past, but it sure as hell gone downhill from there.

My school teachers are now telling us to support it. They sorta told us in an indirect manner. They didn't even mention "SOPA",they just told us not to spread copyright,e.g.download photos.

I don't know what to do.

I think it's more of a support to stop Plagiarism. We talk about it all the time in our school, or at least for the first week.

Edit: Unless if you mean they said most of their explanation relating to things on the internet and such...

What's the difference between plagarizing and SOPA? My teachers to us told not take copyright names, pirate things, download things from a pirate source and stuff.
