I've been using techniques for making my social anxiety less uhhh what's the word?..obvious, prevalent,idk for the past year and it's been working a lot.
Disclaimer: none of these messages have been edited, context can be provided if needed (thanks discord!) but absolutely does not change anything about these messages and that he's too overly defensive and cocky to make situations better

sometimes I like to look up at the sky
and look back down at my hands
and look back up at the sky
and then realized I missed the ♥♥♥♥ bus by 10 minutes
but in the end, it's not so bad, since I can always catch another one c:

There are many girls in the world. More than there's guys, in fact. Just try to do other things to keep your mind occupied.Or do what I did once and say that you like her anyway. That wasn't... the best thing to do really...

Oh dear. Last time that happened to me I just tried to wait it out. I don't mean stop all contact with her, just eventually let it fly out of your head. But that took a while and it sure as hell was not fun.
