Well, I'm 5ft8 (173cm) and when I was 130 something lbs I had a BMI of 20.1 I think. So you should be in a good healthy range. :3

After finding out another friend of mine wants to die, I feel more alone than ever. She's tried before, I know she will try again. If I'm honest, I feel like my heart has been pulled out of my chest and shattered. I can't do this, not now.. the last time I felt as heartbroken as this, I was the closest to the edge I've ever been in my whole life. So please, you don't have to recite any inspirational chapters or tell me to 'cheer up' or definitely not write anything negative. Just please, as this topic says, pick me up- with something genuine and true. I just would like a response of some sort... because this is hurting so bad right now and I feel so alone.

If you can't talk her into continue living (which you should try), well... I don't know why she's doing it or anything, but...
I don't know what to say. Try to save her if you can, if you can't... you'll know better, I guess. Life is worth living. Even... with all the crap there might be.

...This is probably the least helpful thing I've posted ever. >_< I seriously can't think of anything to say, but please, don't kill yourself. Don't. Please. Live. You can become a great singer like this Ariana Grande person you talk of and cheer up everyone with your singing and your talents could take you all around the world and you could be famous and have a nice big house and whatnot. Life is precious, it's valuable, good things happen, tell that to this girl, and if you can't, stay in her house for a while and take all the knives and pills and sharp objects and ropes and toasters and hide them from her. Or something. Talk to her family. To her friends. Freaking broadcast it. Get as many people as you can to help.
...I hope this helped at least one little bit... all I want to do is help you, MP3... but I don't know very well how...

Be happy for the experiences you've had with your friend, because I assure, they are one of a kind. It might not seem it, but every individual interaction in this world is unique. There might be some deja-vu and some similarities, but the setting, the subject, the participants; they're all different.

Thank you for the responses, I really needed to hear something positive.
I'm not feeling as bad as I did, and I wish I could just hug her and tell her not to give up, but she's been distancing herself from me recently and I didn't know this was the reason why. I don't love her in a romantic way but she is one of the closest friends I have right now and I'm absolutely heartbroken that she wants to die. But..I'll hang in there. The difference between now and the last time I felt this way is that last time I had probably nothing else to live for, but this time I've got my idol, and I believe in my singing, not to mention Runouw likes me again, and I've also got an important project I'm setting up in a few months. So I guess it's safe to say I'm not as much of a danger to myself as I was before.

Earlier today I just pulled off two amazing concerts, did cello spins everywhere, and got congratulated by a bunch of people.
