It was more to the effect of "if you kill yourself, there's absolutely no way to undo that; unlike depression, which has several treatments"

The "and remember" bit was disorienting for sure but it's a good message. Depression can pass, death can't.

Well crap, I totally read that the wrong way. I thought he was trying to say 'if you're that depressed just kill yourself' or something to that effect. ._.

Naw he's essentially saying that suicide over depression is like blowing your house up to kill a bug, essentially.

Also that's not even his own words; that's Williams playing a character dealing with suicide
