Professors don't want you to fail. Colleges don't want you to fail. I've been on academic suspension twice, the latter being because I just didn't have the time to focus on coursework. The college will suspend you for a whole semester to keep their ratings stable, and are always up for offering any assistance.

Likewise, professors don't want you to fail. It looks bad on them. If you ever get one that's a total ♥♥♥♥, then drop that class. Don't torture nor punish yourself to get an education.

Moreso, don't procrastinate. Try not to. if there are necessities, manage those first, but put everything else that is of lesser importance last. If something requires your complete attention, give it just that and nothing less.

Off that topic, referencing something personal, if anyone knows anything about wiring automobiles and fixing shorts in an engine, I'd love to hear it. It's hard to drive when your damn windshield keeps fogging up, and the A/C causes the battery to die+discharge if you turn on the defrost.

I fixed the radio...somehow....but the A/C is different. And I don't have the funds to pay for that to be replaced.

Rejection sucks.

I don't feel like going too much into details, but one of my coworkers is now "extremely uncomfortable" around me at work, according to HR, and has requested that I not interact with them. You can totally know what you're doing and still screw up. Yay! I'm Human! Doram goes down in flames.

The next couple of weeks are going to suck.

For the past several years, I've always gotten sick for several long periods of time during school semesters, to the point where I had to drop classes/drop out of school several times over just because of that.

Frankly I'm not enjoying it. I'm even pretty sick while I'm typing this out.

Do you know if there's some underlying cause? Not to worry you or anything, I know someone who's had to deal with something like that for the past few years and I'm not positive but I remember him having some sort of immune system disease (not AIDS). He made it through most of first quarter this year, but he was out for pretty much all of second quarter, and despite keeping up with schoolwork for the first few weeks, he eventually had to drop all of his advanced classes down to regular level and I think he had to drop some normal classes entirely. He missed exams, too, I'm pretty sure. I still see him around school now occasionally, but not very often anymore. Apparently this year it's been hitting really hard. :c

Hope you get better.

thanks man

My sister passed it onto me (not sure if on purpose or not, the reason I say that is because she was sick and literally came up to me one morning, rubbed her hands over me and spoke directly in my face that she was sick, I started to feel really bad an hour later).

Though the sickness I've had in the past would just come randomly for the most part (and always at inconvenient times when I need to turn in homework and take tests). Maybe I just need to work out at the gym more.

That was one hell of a finish to the week

robotics regional competition happened. thursday was practice matches, which didn't really go well and our team was basically panicking the entire day trying to get the robot to work better. We were gone for roughly 14 hours, then I got home and basically did nothing for a solid hour while I tried to recuperate from the day, and then I watched some game of thrones because game of thrones is great. Except then it was 1am and I had to get up again at 5am for day two. friday was actual matches and it broke six matches in a row, all for the same reason which we were frantically trying to fix in any way possible. Eventually we got it working but then it broke again, except this time a motor controller somehow broke. By that time we were in 53rd place out of 53 teams and it seemed like there was pretty much no hope. At the end of the day, I basically did the same thing I did the day before, except my brother had just gotten home from college for spring break or something and we all had dinner and stuff too. Saturday was shorter but it actually ♥♥♥♥ worked finally, woo. We only had three matches but managed to move our rank up to 49th. So yeah we didn't win anything but it was fun/exhausting as ♥♥♥♥ and overall a good time. We also had AJ Bombers for lunch that day which I haven't had in a while. It's pretty fantastic food if you're ever in Milwaukee. I got home around 6:30 and proceeded to do nothing again because I still felt like death after all that, and then I watched like six episodes of GoT or something because holy ♥♥♥♥ it got addicting quickly. Then today was easter which is basically just an excuse for family gatherings for us so we went to my grandma's house for lunch and chilled out there for a while, and then went to my other grandparents' house for dinner and stuff. Except at one point I was cleaning my glasses and they just snapped in half. Ok. Thanks glasses. It was good timing at least because I had a vision appointment last week and my new glasses are coming in tomorrow. It's a little frustrating being unable to see anything clearly if it's over 4 inches (~10 cm) from my face, but I tried taping my glasses and wearing them that way and ended up just getting a massive headache, so I think I'm good without them until tomorrow. There's still some homework to do which will be a lot more difficult now but meh. I dont really know why Im dumping all of this here but I dont feel like complaining on chat about it any more so

okay i'll stop now

I'm feeling pretty darn good. Since I achieved Gold III rank on Anther's 2 days ago, my confidence in R.O.B. has been reestablished and set. I'm happy about that.

So it turns out that I've had a crack in the ceiling of my closet for several months, maybe even longer, and water has been seeping in when it rains. I've only just recently noticed it since I hardly ever access my closet. Unfortunately since I keep my CD collection in the closet, (I have hardly any room for them elsewhere, plus I don't currently have any devices that can play CD's so they've been in there for awhile.) you can guess what happened.

Now I have an entire collection of cases with missing/partially wet cover art due to them being soaked. Some managed to stay dry for some reason, but others weren't so lucky, one of my AC/DC albums was completely ruined due to excess water because of the type of case it was in.

Basically, my day was pretty awful. Though on the bright side, it's not like the CD's don't work, a little water isn't going to ruin those.
Just really peeved that I've lost most of the cover art.

A little late since this happened yesterday but a friend of mine challenged me to a $10 money match in Super Smash Bros Melee, Kirby only. Beat him 5-1.

Also did a lot better in bracket than I usually do, overcoming a lot of nerves I usually get in tourneys. Yesterday was a great day, but today was also pretty great. Got a new desk, had a great dinner, etc.

I look forward to the next few days. :D

...

Today I made a terrible mistake and tried League of Legends by myself.

... Yeah, don't do that. Always queue with a friend.
