Today I had an exam at school.

Chemistry and Physics were very hard.

Today I made what could've been a 'mistake' and tried League of Legends by myself just one more time because I clearly didn't learn my lesson.

... Surprisingly, my teammates were actually rather friendly and the game we played was really close, and really fun. Of course there were obviously one or two players on the other team that got salty after losing such a close match, but it was still really fun.

... I honestly don't know what to make of it, since I have had flexible/friendly teammates in the past too. I dunno.

Hi.

It has been (>a year?) ever since I posted on Runouw. I can still remember the 10-year-old me trying to be well-liked,be appreciated on this forum, while annoying many people in the process. I posted just for the sake of racking up my postcount to get "ranks",making levels just for people to enjoy playing them. Over time I've grown and as I lead a more busy lifestyle I had been less and less active on the forum. And then I stopped altogether.

So right now I'm procrastinating, since I'd rather do pretty much anything instead of what I'm supposed to. I log in,and decided to leave a post.

It feels...I don't know how to describe it. This forum has been a part of my life since I was 8. Runouw was the first forum I joined, where I really wanted to make people like me. But now, many years later,I've grown alot, and visited it again. When I see the Home Forums Page it still looks the same as how I remember it. Lots of things still look the same after 5 years. Many members whom I knew when I first joined are still here today. However, there are also many whom I never saw before. And I can see quite clearly that my posts doesn't flood the threads anymore. It is buried in a part of history, and is slowly being forgotten.

I guess that's a good thing.

The fact that you've acknowledged all this is a good sign that you've matured, Dtroid. Welcome back c:

And trust me, we've all had our moments. Want to take a look at my older posts? They're several layers of cringe. Nobody is going to look down on you because of when you were like several years ago, don't worry.

You know, I've had my fair share of failure too. As much as I do to give the best advice I can to you guys, I still screw up from time to time, and usually spectacularly. I got another reminder of that tonight.

You gotta remember that for every thing that jumps into your life, you can choose to let it hold you back, or you can choose to let it drive you forward. Why let yourself be held back. Figure out how to use it to drive you forward, and get going.

Welcome back Dtroid. Don't worry, 5 years later you'll once again cringe at yourself- *knifed*

naw in all seriousness it happens, growing is a never ending cycle until you choose to stop it.
