Posted: August 26th, 2015, 1:45 pmIt all comes down to cultural sensitivity, history, and many other factors. What you or I see as okay is seen as hateful to others. An example is sexual assault jokes when around PTSD victims of abuse, or race jokes/gay jokes among people or related parties.
