The current news are boiling over an unfinished case from last year, in which seven men from a village raped an underage girl. Agressors were initially arested, but were later released and are pretty much put "on probation". There are lots of rape cases around, but this one is a little bit special in some way. The agressors' families and various friends made several facebook groups supporting the rapists and furthermore, blaming the girl. Most declarations coming from the victim's family and the agressors are absolutely disgusting.

On one of those support groups in favour of the agressors there was posted a message

Let's show some support for the boys from Valeni, we support the reform: We don't deserve 5 years for 5 minutes. We want a punishment equal with the lenght of joy. It's not RAPE, it's just surprise sex.

Now I know you guys hear a lot of bad things happening around, be them rape, murders and so on and frankly I'm tired of this kind of news too, but either this one was special enough for the fact that those 7 boys were complete souless idiots or it's heavily mediatized.Eitherway I want to know your opinions on the subject and the fact that sexual education and punishments for sexual related acts are treated a bit lightly around.
On a somewhat humourous note, the victim's mother suggested that the agressors should be taken to Amsterdam and get raped by homosexuals, but oh well.

What the ♥♥♥♥. Do people not understand the point of prison/punishment? In a case like this, it's for what the victim endured, and will probably have to endure for the rest of their life due to possible physical and/or emotional damage, because of your sudden compulsion and lack of self-restraint to go and have yourself "5 minutes" of "joy". 5 years almost seems like kind of a low punishment, since the victims will be suffering for much longer. If they want equal punishment for what they did, it would probably be closer to a life sentence. I normally don't voice my opinions on things like this very much, but this kind of response is just absurd. I realize it's not the actual men's words and probably just some sort of radical group deliberately trying to piss people off, but my point still stands.

Side note, Bog, you may want to check your wording. I'm assuming you meant "the girl passed out several times"? Because "passing away", as you wrote, means to die, whereas "passing out" means to fall unconscious.

Sorry, not quite familiar with the differences, corrected in the OP now.
Anyway the victim said that she does have a psychologist come to her (as she is afraid to walk outside home) and it doesn't solve much, furthermore she cannot go to school by her own.

These kinds of people trying to defend themselves with the stupidest arguments are what make me want to transform America into a total dictatorship, where they're forced to put some discipline on themselves and actually think and develop common sense.

These aggressors and their followers clearly have no common sense, as so I didn't even have to mention that. But I just did.

Why would anybody follow somebody(s) who has obviously ruined another's life? Maybe if that "anybody" doesn't have the heart to sympathize with the right person (which is something I'm seeing), or the common sense to realize what the aggressors have actually done to their victim and why it matters. (Look back at the first sentence now.)

If only Harmless were president. He'd be the best dictator and actually give "dictatorship" a good name, in all seriousness. You've got sense.

People like this make me question humanity. They're defending an argument they can't win. They think stuff like this is perfectly fine. The girl passed out and you try to wake her up with ALCOHOL? THAT IS THE WORST ♥♥♥♥♥♥ IDEA YOU COULD POSSIBLY HAVE TO WAKE SOMEONE UP? They could have, I don't know, let her be, and judging the act this is a village that wants them to not face charges, not just family. Surprise Sex? The synonym for that is rape! I easily get fed up with stories where the bad guys want to be passed on as the good guys, and this is probably the worst case I've seen in a while.
