Okay. Npromin, I know you have a lot of problems you wanna get rid off and I know this site is the only place you'd ever feel comfortable venting out but, to be really honest, I don't think there's anything anyone can say to really help you here, other than actually dealing with your problems irl and speaking to somebody (anybody) about it. Sure, you can always expect a wall of text from Doram and and advice and good wishes from a lot of users, but yourself said you can't believe people because you're too afraid of being manipulated, and if it's even like that for people IRL then wouldn't it be a lot more with us, a bunch of foreigners on the internet?

Thunk about it. You can vent and say whatever you need to, but but if you really want to solve this, you need to have a talk with someone who knows you, and that you know them back.

If you think you may harm someone for your actions, or that it'd be uncontrollable, admit yourself to observation in a hospital for a bit. And get a psychologist to help get things off your chest.

... everyone else beat me to it. We don't really know what's going on in your head man, we're not telepathic here. We certainly know you're at the point of emotionally breaking, but what caused it?

I'm not saying we're not here to listen, but it's hard for us to give you answers or help you solve problems when we don't know what those problems are in the first place. What's been bugging you?

If you need to vent, by all means dump your thoughts on here. We're not here to judge, after all. Only listen.

I'd have to agree. If there is someone here that you feel confident about talking to, by all means, get in a long conversation. There are plenty of us around that are willing to help, and have time to listen to a long story. We can do many things, but we need some info first.

On the plus side, trying to put it into words is the first step of dealing with it, so even having the conversation is starting some therapy.

If you are gonna do it privately, instead of in this thread, that's cool too, just drop a line saying "I got a chance to talk to someone about it." and nothing more, and we'll all feel better.
