Personality Unknown
I am a malicious person who apparently feels satisfied speaking in such a way. Where life goes, I avoid it. People will always look for a way to fit in their own kind of satisfaction, be it a witty remark or their own complaints. No matter what I could possibly say, it cannot be true. I'm an inconsistent mess - nothing I say is the same as it was an hour earlier, even if I'm talking about the same thing over & over again. But, who is to say that's even relevant? Not me. I'm not the one who wrote the laws.
Law & order is one of the most stressful, yet unbearable subjects I can think of. I mean, there's no love & compassion, and yet we think we're solving our world's problems? If we cannot forgive - if we cannot simply guide a psychopath, we clearly don't want anything to do with them. Is that the love we seek? All we do is put our own people in cages and brag about it. "Let them rot in hell" is the most clever and meaningful way to put it.
We think a perfect world is impossible to achieve - in other words, a perfect world is unattainable by human means. We put a price tag on things that we'd otherwise fight for. Some people will say this is absolutely obvious. What is obvious, really, is that we will not survive without preservation, yet we can build an entire culture? We have so many ideas, but everything just remains the same.
I won't bore you with anything further than that, because art is sometimes the answer right there.
What I'm trying to say is, I live in a world where there is never a solution that seems right for everybody. I want to think that love is the solution, but nothing that's happened this past year makes me believe it is OUR solution.
The problem right here is that I do NOT have a solution, yet I'll never stop talking or thinking about this. I'm driving myself up a wall just trying to calm down, but this world can only get worse as long as we are conscious of our own emotions.
