People have been in accidents,such as getting hit by a car.Sometimes,people that know 2 or more languages would forget the
other one.It's a 50:50 chance of it beinge the other language.Example(This is sometihng that happend to someone for real).
So this lady was driving her car.BOOM!It hit her head.And guess what?She speaks Jiberish now.That's not even a real language,but,now it's the only one she knows.So this could happen to TBG.

Well,the thing is you might stop speakin english,but you won't forget it It's actually working the other way around for me.I have been replacing Bulgarian words (My main speaking) whit English ones.

Off topic:Did you know that "Robotnik" translates to "worker" in Bulgarian?

spelled with Bulgarian Letters:

работник

So yeah,turns out in Bulgaria "Dr.Robotnik" is "Dr.Worker."
