A couple of days ago, my brother and some of his friends where driving... When some jack a**es came and threw a balloon filled with bleach at them. Only one got hit... His eyes became completely red! Everything that WAS white turned red! He's having surgery done on his eyes now... Those guys where caught to! The A holes who through the balloon...
I hope they get locked in jail till they rot...

Some are the nice guys. The absolute angels that anyone could love.
Some are jokers. They get into trouble, but people don't mind what they do.
And the rest are absolute a**holes who want to make everyone's lives a living he**.
And not only will those guys go to juvenile(if they are teens), but they are most definitely going to be sued for causing severe optical damage to your brother's friend.
