The level's not much, but it could change the level designer as we know it. Alright, here's an explanation.
If you place a flipping platform (Speed 0, Rotation 90) one column to the left or right of the level transition, it becomes one-way. You go right through the platform when you go from the opposite side but you can't go through it from the side the platform's on. Here's how to do it:
1. Place a level transition.
2. Place a non-moving 90-degree rotated flipping platform one column to the side that you don't want to be able to go through.
3. Play level.
You're done! Easy to do!
