Once again, how do you do that? There are plenty of people who don't know how, and I can't find a single guide to help with that

Look here,and if you can't find what you want,then just try playing around with rotating blocks.That's what I did.

It would be cool if there were a way to do something like that. I do not know what would be required to perform it when designing, and I'm unsure if this would truly be considered a helpful thing.

Like mentioned before. It seems that backgrounds/background tiles would be a great addition overall. Only a little question.
I don't think runouw reads much in this forum here. I dunno if it would be useful to PM Runouw about some of the really important stuff mentioned here.

I know he is pretty busy and the designer works nice the way it does now. But a bit fixing would be nice. So I may ask if it's useful when I PM runouw?

We would need to collect the most important things here. (And trying to make the list as small as possible of course.)

It's just a suggestion, though.

-Add "Colossal Cheep-Cheep" : In a secret course in snow appears in water some blue Cheep-Cheeps,a giant blue Cheep-Cheep and a colossal black Cheep-Cheep.

-Add blue Goomba and giant blue Goomba (From Hazy Maze Cave)

-Add toxic water (From Hazy Maze Cave)

-Add a Toad (If you press "Z", you can talk with him)

I feel that we've suggested enough. There is already too much to consider, and there isn't much left to find that we could call "missing."

The only last two things I could find missing were the two tiles types you crossed before collecting the Star Coin in Bowser's First Trap...
    I guess that's it for me.

    I'm hoping for an expansion to the Jungle, Grass, Volcano, and Desert tilesets, to put them on the level of the Cave and Snow tilesets.

    Add bosses too:

    -King Bob-Omb

    -Bowser (Trap 1)

    -King Boo

    -Ice Bully

    -King Goomba

    And add new lava (no from the pack "Volcano"). This lava can be placed like water. And add ice lava,like in the battle with ice bully in snow world.
