Challenge someone to a duel. If the person agrees, post here saying you wish to duel.
The duelists settle on what theme will they work with. If they don't have a theme, we'll pick one for them.
Then, the duelists can choose to have a deadline or not. If you do, failure to deliver your level before the deadline results in automatic victory for the other duelist.
When a duelist finishes the level, s/he sends it to me and I'll forward it to our judges, who will give them a score. For now the judging method is similar to the LDCs:

You start off with 3 points. Judges will decide whether to take off or add on points based upon how deserving the level is.
The levels will be judged when both duelists have sent their levels, or if they have a deadline, when their time is up.
The scores are averaged for each duelist and whoever has the best score, wins the duel! And for winning you get... nothing. Except for satisfaction and bragging rights (unless someone decides to make a medal for this).
Just so you know, you can't use a level you made before the duel.

I may or may not let go of some judges and bring in new ones. But for that I need to be sure of some stuff... So, if you want to be a judge, please let me know, either in this topic or in a PM, and tell me if you have experience or something. Also, you must want to do this. No forcing anyone. I'll eventually post our new list of judges.
If you are a judge, when a duel comes you have to be ready to receive the levels and review them. Also, if a judge is dueling, he or she can't judge in that duel. Also, let me know if you can't judge at a certain time.

Our theme shall be:
Tower
A tower is a tall structure, usually taller than it is wide, often by a significant margin.

The King of Stars and the Master of binary code shall duel!
Their theme will be:
Halloween
Can include zombies, vampires, werewolves, and all kind of scary things. And costumes.

The 15th LDC winner has receives a challenge from fourinone. Who shall be the victor?
The theme for this one is:
Pipes
A level with pipes. Lots of pipes.
Unlike the previous duels, this one actually has a deadline! Starting NOW (I don't see the point in giving you a starting date since you both know the theme already 
), it will end in
December 8th.
