Glass Tiles appearing on my level.

Hello. I Would like to report a bug. When I was making my level, I saved it and decided to make it afterwards. However Some part of my level Automatically Went up. I Fixed it but then another bug came. some Invisible Glass tiles have appeared in my level. They are not blocking my way but are spolling the look of my level.

Not sure how it happens, but just using the tile eraser on them takes them away.
