Anyway, in osu!, there are modding "queues." This is where people can get their maps modded for (legasp) absolutely FREE! Applying this logic to Runouw, yes, I will review your levels for (legasp) ABSOLUTELY FREEE!
All you have to do is put a link to your level (on the NEW portal) in your post. I will ignore posts with code tags, sorry. :<
This is not more for the experienced designers, they hardly need reviews, but for the newer ones who want advice on how to make a better level. :O

The Actual Rules
1) I will only accept finished levels, however if I know you pretty well I will accept WIP levels.
2) One level per post please.
3) You can put levels you've entered in the LDC here, provided that judging period has not already started. After judging period, feel free to put your LDC levels back here (but I don't see why you'd want to...)
4) I will not review a full series. You may post individual levels from a series, but that's it.
5) After 4 levels have been posted, I will put a "closed" post. You MAY NOT under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES post another level after four levels have been posted. I might not be on at the time the fourth level has been posted, so please check if less than four posts have been made before putting your own level here.
6) Put "cheese" in your post to verify that you have read the rules. Be warned, this word may or may not change every round, so check this rule often.
7) SM63 levels only please, no LL.
8) I will review in my own style, but I will follow the FUN/10 GRAPHICS/5 OTHER/5 format.
9) Only one of your levels per "round" (One round is four levels posted, in other words 1 of your levels per 4 posts.)
Rule Breaking
Failure to follow the above rules will result in me ignoring your post. Should any rule be violated 3 consecutive times by ANY user I will blacklist them for a period of a week, during which any post they make here will be ignored, even if that post follows the rules.
This will make their status B1.
After the hiatus, should the user break the rules again 2 times (not necessarily consecutive, but I will use my judgment) they will be blacklisted for a 2 week period. This will make their status B2.
After THAT hiatus, should the user break the rules again once (Again, I will use my own judgment) they will be blacklisted for a month. This will make their status (gasp) B3.
And even AFTER THEN, should the user break the rules once they will be blacklisted permanently. (My judgment will not come into play here. To be cleared off the status level B3, the user must make at least 15 proper posts before moving back into a B2.)
Priority
There is definitely an order to which I will review a poster's level. I have created my own hierarchy for reviewing levels. Should the rank you have be higher than another's, then I will naturally review your level first.
Everyone will start out on rank N. This is the neutral rank. The first 5 posters will all have rank N. How do you go up in rank? It depends on your levels.
- Should your level receive a 14/20 or higher from me or I see some amount of improvement between two levels you have posted, you will be upgraded to P1.
- Should your level receive a 16/20 or higher from me or I see a good amount of improvement between two levels you have posted, you will be upgraded to P2.
- Should your level receive an 18/20 or higher from me or I see a significant amount of improvement between two levels you have posted, you will be upgraded to P3.
- Should you receive a 19.5/20 or higher from me you will be upgraded to P☆.
You MUST go through all P levels to get to the top. For example, should you be on rank N and I give your level a 19.5/20, even though your level fits the critereon to go to P☆, you will only advance to P1.
Should you get blacklisted with ANY amount of priority, (even if it is P☆) you will automatically jump to the B ranks.
The priority levels are as follows: (Highest priority at top, lowest priority at bottom)
P☆
P3
P2
P1
N
B1
B2
B3
I shall recognize you in my review if you move up a rank.
That should be it, now load those levels.
