I make most of my levels often in less than one week. And I think the most time I needed for a level was 3 weeks. But it was my best one on another site.
I want to say that every person needs different time for the same/similar solution. And such time we have for level designing in contests is often the time we
should need. There are people which can't make good levels in a shorter time. This persons shouldn't enter when they know that the time isn't enough for them (Because they are busy or really lazy)

Deleting was maybe not the best idea.
But I think the problem was maybe because it was right after the LDC.
