Shouldn't the writeups be done first and the video edited to fit? That's at least my understanding of scripted media.

You guys aren't writing about the videos, you're writing about the levels. If I'm understanding correctly, the script writers are waiting for the videos eight now, which isn't necessary.

I thought you said were working on your scripts, but whatevs, I sent the available write-ups. Still waiting on some more.

I've got all but one person's. Do you guys want to work on the videos and wait for the text to coincide or just release the text?

I want to say that you should keep working on the videos and make WITBLO12 as awesome as possible...

At this rate, we're being held back so far that we might not get them done before the new year. And it's really getting on my nerves.

If it's going to take this long, then I seriously think we should forget about the video thing. Announce WITBLO12 like we'd announced every other year, it will be just as good and exciting.

It's taken so long to get the videos done and if I'd known it was going to take this long I would have filmed them all myself.
But not even I can find the time to do that now. So...can we please not wait for the video project? If we still want to finish it, we can, the only difference is we'll know what order they come in. But at least we'll have a decent video ready to watch later on rather than a rushed video which we probably still won't finish by the end of summer.

I'm gonna crank out 33-30 today.

*sigh* That's the problem with the video results, in my eyes. They took too long to produce and by the time I got my share of the videos done, the information I was trying to convey with it was already obsolete. Figures all the ♥♥♥♥ I try to do never works.
If we're going to try this again for WITBLO13, which we're probably not going to do anyway, we have to 1. get the judgings done quicker to allow for more time to produce the footage and video, and 2. get a more dedicated team of members willing to get the job done. Several people dropped out of video recording due to business and we had to shoehorn in replacement recorders with inferior methods of recording. I mean no offense to Amp, but having a watermark in the bottom-left of the screen was absolute ♥♥♥♥ to edit out 20 separate times.

Watermarks are annoying but I didn't find this one as bad as some like Hypercam.
