How do I make invisible platforms?

I've been pondering this,so how do I create a invisible item in SM63? I'm trying to hide a bone platform behind a disabled "Mossy Rock." but I can't seem to do it,so I was wondering if I could make it invisible?

Why not simply using the mossy rock normally without disabling if you want to stand on it? If you just worry about going past it + being able to stand on it, you are overdoing it a bit. There's no possibility to make items (except moving blocks) invisible. You could try to mess around with the layers in order to get the platform behind the mossy rock by changing the item order in the code or disabling the bone platform as well. If I remember correct, you can still stand on the disabled bone platform.

tl;dr Work with layers and hide items, cause there's no actual way to make them invisible.

ByEdit: While we are at it. Would you mind telling me about the greyish shine sprite in your sigbar? I'm rather clueless how to create that one.

Edit2: It's just that moment when you collect a red coin/silver star and it's changing it's colour from blue to yellow. +more than one shine sprite at once probably. So nvm. :3

StarEDIT: No, it's a disabled Shine Sprite with a blue Shine Sprite over it. I think
