ANYONE WHO IS INTERESTED, SEND IN YOUR LISTS RANKING ALL THE LEVELS FROM LAST TO FIRST. Please don't rank your own and please give a line of reasoning at least per level. I'm trusting you all played all the levels before sending them in, or at least a decent chunk of them.

It's time.

Runouw has almost finished Last Legacy. It's been just over 4 years since the beginning of the official Runouw.com website, and there have been 25 LDCs, 4 completed WITBLOs with the 5th one in the works. Initially WITBLO was a full WITBLOAT, a list of 30 levels between 2009 and the beginning of 2011 that was topped by the eventual 2009 topper, 24murph's The Final Rush. After WITBLO11 started up I split the list into 2, one for 2009 and one for 2010. Ever since then, WITBLO has been an annual tradition, with four winners topped by four different people. WITBLO13 has been a sleeper year for levels, but we'll still get our share of masterpieces for sure.

But for now, we have WITBLOAT, to commemorate the final days before Last Legacy is released. Truth be told I never thought we'd get to 25 LDCs, but we did, and it was amazing. We have 4 years of history through 4 lists and one in progress. Runouw and I made a deal way back when that when Last Legacy wrapped up, he would compose a list of the best levels of all time according to him to celebrate the lifespan of Super Mario 63. Of course, it'll still be around, but it won't be the only anchor of the site anymore, so we want to celebrate the era of Super Mario 63 at its strongest.

In addition, I will be doing a list, and I will get some other greats to make their own individual lists. After this, I'll find a way to combine the lists to see what the true best level is. Furthermore, you, the public, will have a vote. After we get our cast, we will hold a series of polls, eliminating levels until there is only one list left.

In addition, you will be helping form the list we use! Just as the other WITBLOs had a list we all organized, so shall we have one here. I want a list of 35 levels. The top 5 levels of each WITBLO completed and the three winners from 13 will all be definites for the list. Each judge that gets hired on will be allowed to add one wild card from any of the lists. After these 20-something levels, you the public will decide on what will be added to make it 35. Let your voices be heard and shout your favorites from the sky!

Update: 3 levels added to the WITBLO13 list. A tie between the fourth is there. Also, we've added Volkove and are awaiting his wild card.

As for the public vote, we don't have any visible contenders yet due to there only being 8 votes. PLEASE VOTE YOU SONS OF ♥♥♥♥♥.

Sounds fun. Only problem is what happens after two more WITBLOs? Honestly this kind of event won't be of 'all time'. Just of the first 4-5 years.

Update: I'm thinking about making some revisions to this.

A) Most importantly, extending the limit to 2014, and including the few levels that have been made this year into the overall chart. Reason being that, considering the sharply limited number of levels, that we might not even have a WITBLO14 or any more WITBLOs in general, so therefore effort would be put into making this the big finale.

B) Therefore, we would have 50 overall levels over the five years of progress. This includes the levels from further-down 2013 and 2014, if any more are made. This also means the 2013 levels would moreso reflect the final list of 2013.

I'm pretty sure we're going to have a WITBLO14, given that there's enough levels over the years.

Maybe we haven't tried looking into the portal hard enough (even if it's spammed by countless levels with cutoff and sometimes little effort).

I've looked through the portal, though perhaps I should again, but so far I can only think of one or two levels off the top of my head so far that I'd add to WITBLO14.
