help me how do i save a coustom level from mario 63 i have code but no idea how to post or play so comment and help windows 8

Sometimes it takes more than two minutes for people to reply to posts in this forum. Please be patient.
Anyway, if you go to the Super Mario 63 Level Portal and click the button marked "POST TOPIC", you can paste your level code into the box that says "Code:" above it. You can also type in a description if you want. Then click the "Process" button, scroll down, and click "Submit". Since you're a new user, it will take some time before your first few levels are approved by the level moderators, but once you've made a few good levels and gotten a good standing with the mods, you'll be ready to post levels whenever you want!

Yeah, as KABOOM said, you just have to click "Post Topic" on the Level Portal (which he linked above), and follow the instructions.
