I actually found it in a shop the other day when I was looking for packs of mints, and I was like "holy crap, I gotta get a picture of this ".
I do have the picture still on my phone lol but it was much quicker to just use Google Images.

Some of my levels had inspirations.
Mini-Mega Island- A lot of people think it was tiny huge island that gave me the idea, but it was the Mushroom power-ups in Mario Party 4, Mini and Mega Mushrooms.
Another Dimension- The "Technically" last world in Kirby's Return to Dreamland, under the same name.
The Great Mush Tree-The Deku Tree made me think of it, don't know why.
Luminium Sphere- There's a ROM hack called Super Mario 74 and one of the final levels is called Luminium Sphere. There was also the Umbreo Sphere which was the entire level turned upside down and very dark.
Forest Dungeon-A Zelda dungeon, I thought I could do something like it in SM63.
Rushdown Raceway-I was watching Mario Kart Wii custom tracks and I remembered how much I like fast things.
Toadwood Forest-Mario and Luigi-Partners in Time, I watched a playthrough of it, and it is my favorite area besides Thwomp Volcano. (Hint Hint)
Autumn Plateau-The first level of A-1 in the ROM Hack NewER Super Mario Bros. Wii. Its actually a remake with 63 Physics... and unimportant trees removed.
