i wasn't kidding when I said yurimaster for best level innovator
is it possible to make a disabled moving block still retain its original color instead of reverting back to an 80 sized normal red block?

Thank you, thank you
BTW:
Meadow background
(Using this name because it fits pretty goddamn well with meadows)so, there are only some really simple instructions you must follow:
- right click, and turn auto quality off.
- Turn quality to "low''.
- Create your level, and chose the "Hills and Ocean" background.
- Test your level.
the result, you ask?: show idk if this was already discovered, but I didn't see this here.

Did you notice it's the same background, only lowered?
I am certain this trick was already discovered, but I don't have time to search for the original discovery right now.
The sad thing about this trick is it doesn't stay that way when closing the game. It would be nice if the quality level could be set to a different default, though.

Argh, I came up with something new, and forgot I can't say it because it might give away my 26th LDC series for whoever the judges are. Besides I don't think it's that spectacular, but still, it is kinda cool.

I'm only on my iPhone right now (at school), so I cannot give an example for this at the moment.
But... I found a way to create dripping blood. I learned the trick when making 6:66pm, but it is actually rather simple:
Take a flame tower and give it an x-size of about .425 or so, and try not to exceed a y-size past 180 if you want to make sure it is smoother, plus you should flip the flame tower upside-down for more effect.
Once you get it right, zoom in close and you'll start noticing what seems to be blood dripping down.

Erm...JJJ? I kinda created dripping blood the first time in Tearing Paper. Go to China's Dream Pt1, in the first cave transition. There is blood dripping off the walls because of paper cuts. You might have done yours slightly differently, idk, but I know I've definitely used dripping blood before.

Welp I don't see the problem here, he just wanted to share the trick with us. You having discovered it before doesn't mean he did copy it from your level (holy crap this sentence hurts my brain). he might have figured out by himself and thought he was the first one to do it. i just don't see the point of your post Ampy
Other than that, nice one, JJJ.

Just thought I would say that he wasn't the first to use it, but then again I never posted it, so congratz I guess? :3
Also I was very sensitive with how I wrote it because I didn't want to come across big-headed
StarEDIT: To be honest it kind of felt like big-headed but that's okay we still like you
Damn- just remember I have 0 self esteem, kk? :< (I'm really not big-headed)
StarEDIT: Who am I to talk about being big-headed anyway, am I right
It's okay tho, I'm (trying) not to take it badly :> woo for optimism

Just checked that level out and we both did it differently.
This is what I did:

The main issue with this trick is the finickiness of the visuals. It is very hard to set the quality setting and exact flame tower size to the right levels. Oftentimes the blood may end up looking like a thin flame tower if viewed from a different location, or it'll disappear, both of which'll force you to change the quality and/or zoom in.
So far, the simplest solution is to turn off "auto quality," but there is still the finickiness of the exact visuals to worry about.
