This level is true. It explains entirely why your levels aren't high enough. I think that all new users, if not most, should see this level, and maybe some vets too.
Oh, and a confession, I used to downrate levels like a noob back when I was a new-ish user, cause I thought it was OK. IT IS NOT. It is hurtful.
