If you pause the game by hitting "p", you'll see a button that says star map. Click on it. It shows you what shine sprites you have and which star coins you have. If you activate the toggle cheat, you can select shine sprites and star coins in the star map and you will now have them.

Can't access last bowser with luigi normal way. Get Luigi and all fludds, rocket up (as described in OP) and you can both use Luigi and have the fludds in the last bowser level.

Is the unlock everything cheat supposed to work on the level designer? Because whenever I try to use it it doesn't unlock the tilesets or anything.

Thanks. I can't figure out how to get lava in my levels, which if my calculator is correct, would increase my level series quality by 33.3%... repeating, of course.

THANK YOU SUYO!!!!!!!!!!!! I had never heard of Jolly Rodger Bay before I read this. I was stuck at 62 Shine Sprites so thank you soooooooooooo much.
Now I'm stuck at The Edge of Mushroom Kingdom though so....

I'm a real sad case... I went and got 63 Shines by myself... I had to watch a walk-through on Youtube to learn where Shine 64 was, but I did that on my own. Once I FINALLY did that, I obtained all 64 Shines and all 64 Star Coins... I forgot when I decided to check out Runouw.com, but I had already beaten the main game and had several of the star coins already. Heck, I didn't really use the forums until AFTER I got all 64 Shines and Star Coins. Yeah, I'm a sad case of a Runouw user. But I did find out "most" of these on my own, and even then, this is an awesome topic for those that don't find these out on their own. I really like SM63. I don't play it much anymore, but that's because I have OCD and I lost all my save data. -_-

Hey when I tryed the unlock cheat, it just automaticly turns off

Go to the main menu (with the three buttons) and type in "cheat".
Unlock everything: Obvious.
