Hit orange switch, climb to blue switch and hit it. Return to the wooden platform below and walk to the left until you cross a transition. Keep going. You should see a series of green platforms. Climb up them, and from there it should be self-explanatory.

theres lots of walkthroughs....look at those. But I tested and mario is right!!

Here's what you do for the Secret of Tall Tall Mountain:

1. Get Rocket FLUDD
2. Go to the Start
3. Go to the Edge of the small pond
4. Blast up and land on the ledge above
5. Blast up again
6. Follow the Waterfall up to another ledge (by blasting with Rocket FLUDD)
7. Jump 'into' the waterfall and blast up and hold right
8. Keep going right and you should see a small entrance
9. Enter
10. You're done!
