Weird Glitches

Ok, so when I was playing in the level Designer one time, I think on the Sheezy art link, I played my level (TEST) and these tiles appeared in the sky, and they were randomly changing, and I didn't put them there. It kept doing a few times, then stopped.
Another time, i went thru a tile, I have the code here:
If you play it, it was the corner of the low half-brick in the butterfly house (Vine Room), and I jumped to the corner, and went thru, without dying. It only happened once.
**NOTE: My health was yellow when I did it, don't know if it has to be, or if this tip helps.
Let me know if anyone does happen to do it.
