Off-site Super Mario 63!

Postby SuperMarioFan95 » August 23rd, 2009, 3:13 pm

Well, I was thinking, could Runouw kindly make Super Mario 63 (from his website or something) downloadable for PC/Mac? It'd be better to do that than--well, going to the site and clicking through a million things to play the game. I'd definitely download it if it's possible. ;)

If you don't like clicking through all those things, you can just make a favorites tab. But yeah, a downloadable version could be nice, I guess.

I'll see about it. But the thing is, I can't save the URL of the pop-up. So, if I can, how do I do so?

YEAH AND CHANGE IT A BIT AND UPLOAD IT WITHOUT GIVING CREDITS TO RUNOUW YEAAAH

You can download the SWF, but AFAIK stuff doen't get saved.

But wait, on the old forums was something about that... Moderator powers FTW, can still see threads...

Segatendo wrote:I can play it without the internet. Here's how I do it.
I go to the site with Super Mario 63 and then I download the swf file from the game. Since I'm using firefox I use a addon called download helper to download the file.
I then use Adobe Flash Player (debugger version) which can be downloaded here - http://www.adobe.com/support/flashplayer/downloads.html
And then I use the flash player on my desktop to play the swf file.

If I did that, I wouldn't SuperYoshi. I would actually wait for Runouw to do the downloadable Super Mario 63 on his site.

Thanks for actually looking at the tutorial fourinone if you have firefox you can just choose work offline.

I found another way!!! Just click "Save page as..."

And open it!!! I runs kinda funky but it works offline!
