By the third bowser. do you mean the left exit in the stairs? That's supposed to happen..but some shortcuts are 1-way it seems. Those with very little Shines, just be glad you got to the final bowser easily! Lol.

Hmm.this is weird...when you get the 48 star coin prize you fall down to the 16 starcoin prize...and when I use luigi I can use the shortcut to the 2nd bowser....and I opened the game and I was in the Tutorial 2?

Actually you can't use Rocket FLUDD if you have only one shine (Unless you cheat because once you beat The Dark World, you get teleported to Mushroom Kingdom two and there's a shine there so...
Anyway, the Hover FLUDD works but it has to be done just right.

You have to switch to Star Coins and then back to Shine Sprites. Then click the Shines.
