Runouw has stated that he removed this secret. It only works on the Beta Version.

In the main menu, I believe (the main menu being where you have the options, "Story," "Extras," and "Options," or whatever the last one's called).

In the game. Just go to the menu and then type the word cheat. You don't type it anywhere; you just have to be on the main menu.
Toggle cheat won't work!

I've tried clicking on the shines for Bob-omb Battlefield, but it didn't work, so I tried using it for star coins and that didn't work either! Somehow, after I turn on the cheat, it automatically turns itself off

keep turning them on and off until they stay on.

Yeah, it's a little shaky…just do it a few times until it works…it is a bit of pain, I know…
