A Penguin Trick

Postby GrandPiano » February 8th, 2010, 6:42 am

This one time my brother set up a vertical line of bumpties in the level designer for Super Mario 63. When he was testing it he discovered how you can climb up a vertical line of bumpties. To do it, if you're on the left side of the line of bumpties, hold right and up together without letting go of either key on the left side of the line of bumpties, but if you're on the right side of the line of bumpties, hold left and up together without letting go of either key on the right side of the line of bumpties. ;)

DUE TO UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES, I WILL BE GONE FOR AN INDEFINATE - BUT LONG - AMOUNT OF TIME. FAREWELL.

Edit: I'm back, but not for long. When I leave again, see y'all at spring break!

Actually, Germanity said he was thinking of something else, and so did Four. So technically, it isn't old news.

And I wouldn't be talking about locking this due to old news, as you pointed out the Obama Toad, which everyone knew about. Also, backseet moduraeteeng. ;)

And technically, they ARE penguins. SM63 says so in the LD. ;)

By the way, good work for you and your brother to discover this! :D

A "bumptie" is a penguin in Mario Geek. And no I won't lock it.
