How do you make the rainbow invincible Bullet Bill? When I click on them in other levels, it says it's rotated at "NAN". How do you do that?

Well, the Level Designer Forum is for the first 3 levels of a series, and I've never seen a tutorial with the answer to this question. And by the way, does anyone have an answer to my question???
