Err ... yeah, this is a popular game, I know a lot of sites that use SM63. Go on Google, type it in, and you'll see what I mean.

Also, that was originally the first site I used for SM63 - I use playedonline.com now.

Oops sorry. In newgrounds it told only 2 sites should have it and this wasn,t the one so i throught it is stolen.

Actually, it's still stolen. Only Nwegrounds, SheezyArt and Runouw.com are allowed to have the game, but there are a lot of sites who just copied it without permission.

Technically, I don't think it's stolen, as long as the intro is still there (The Runouw in green letters appearing in a virtual fashion) I think I remember Runouw saying he doesn't mind as long as it's still there, either.

If some credit is given and the intro is still there, then I don't find it to be stolen. But yeah, since this is a popular game, it's not surprising to see it on a lot of sites.

As Suyo said, it is technically considered "stolen" if a site uses it without explicit permission from Runouw. But yeah, nin10mode is kind of right on his latter point. Here's a post by Runouw explaining his view on the matter.
