When I was in the room that has yellow and green rotating blocks and I was travelling on the yellow and green block train,Mario went into the wall and I think I found myself stuck between 2 floors.
That happened quite some time ago so I can't remember the exact details but it has happened a lot of times.

Edit nº1: Well,I think what happened. Do you know in level designer black vertical lines? Well,the game uses horizontal and vertical lines,like in the course "Battle with King Bob-omb" (course nº1). Well,for separate all floors they use horizontal and vertical lines. I think that you fell very fast and the camera moved fast and when you was in down floor,the camera didn´t stop fast and filmed a little bit of another floor,do you understand me?
