I don't think so. Today, people are spending their times to make more interesting and revolutionary levels. Level designing has taken to a major level. Contests, where people is really fighting to get medals, and there's a lot of feedback and support now, waaaay better than the past, where you could see tons and tons of crappy levels.

I don't feel like I should be angry or offended with this. This is just an unconvenient post in the wrong forum.

This is not report-button neccessary, SuperShroom. He's allowed to say his opinion. All a mod needs to do is move the thread to a more neccessary forum.

I agree that this place is pretty much a wasteland now, but the quality of levels is definitely higher.
Unfortunately, the C&D got rid of Newgrounds, and even though we still have some new users occasionally from other sites, SM63 is dated, so it's no surprise really.

He's got a point actually, lol. SM63 used to be the primary focus of the site, but not as much anymore. This is what he's talking about.

It's fine, I get that. And I definitely miss the times when levels were rated very often and LDCs were very great with 15+ participants (the 18th, 20th, 22nd, 24th, 25th) *sniff*

Try before all that, in my era, when the portal was a living hell to moderate.

I think it was more fun moderating like that :p
