Level designing is great, especially when you have all the tilesets. But this glitch is Ridiculous! Not sure if this happens on the Windowed version but every so often when I leave the game. All of my data is erased. Am I doing something wrong or is it the worlds most awful bug?

Don't save your levels to your browser's cookies. Save them to a text file.

Although I do need to start doing that, The point was that ALL data, Story mode and Bowser Cookies, are deleted.

Your story data can also be deleted as they're saved by cookies. However, your level designing activity isn't hindered by that, because you can do the following: Go to the level portal and click "Play this level!" on any level (hoping that it will load fast), copy the URL of the pop-up window and paste it into another tab of the window you've opened the level from. Then you have all tilesets available.

Theoretically you wouldn't need to copy-paste it into another tab to have all tiles available, but this has the advantage that any HTML code of a sign will be preserved when saving. When staying on the pop-up window, sign codes will be messed up.

And if you really care about your progress in the main game, you should use the download version.

It's a problem with your browser. Mine (when I used to actually play) also deleted everything everytime I started SM63 up. You're better off using the downloadable version instead.
